Step1: Contract review and make mould produce schedule according to the contract content and customer request.
Step2: Task list with detailed specification and request for making mould is made after contract signed. Task will be carried strictly according to this task list.
Step3: Work out 3-demensional design for all section and send 3D mould project to customer for confirmation or revision tips. Use CAE software to assembly check and intervention examination so as to ensure high-resolution and high quality in the beginning.
Step4: After all 3D mould project confirmed, TOP works out the mould progress chart. Simultaneously, our QC Dept. starts to follow the project. The project manager would keep contact with customers constantly to make sure a close coordination between the manufacturer and customers.
Step5: The design Dep. works out the detailed 2D drawing and flow analysis of plastic. Begin the steel cutting under the drawing guiding.
Step6: Prepare high quality import steel. With the help of precise CNC machines and leading technological process, we make mould with the accurate dimension for all section.
Step7: Mould base and components ordering and preparation.
Step8: Production Dept. begins insert block precision tooling with the help of state-of-the-art equipments. The project manager follows the project intensively and reports the updated mold status to customers by sending weekly processing schedule and showing mould pictures.
Step9: Send the 1st mold trial samples (or 2nd trial samples if necessary) for improvements or confirmation. The QC Dept. records the detailed test report.
Step10: Take seriously with customer’s feedback for trial samples. The project responsible engineers will discuss together and find an optimal solution if the customer requires significant alteration to moulds.
Step11: Check all systems of the moulds before assemble them. Finish the surface treatment and take a further modification and inspection. Moulds are packed in wooden cases with mould operation instruction, mould assembling drawing, mould quality certification and spare parts list.
Step12: Ship the moulds to the appointed port. The project manager follows up for the mold service.
